Sole source is proposed to Mercer Canada Inc. for Professional Consulting Services.
Mercer was engaged under an invitational RFQ to develop a market aligned salary structure and job architecture compliant with the Government of Alberta’s (GoA) Non Union Compensation Framework. Following the GoA PBCO’s request for AFSC to submit a compensation plan, AFSC is extending Mercer’s contract to build the required skills and competency frameworks. Mercer’s prior work and deep knowledge of AFSC’s job architecture uniquely position them to complete this work efficiently and accurately, without rework or additional knowledge transfer.
