This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Servus Credit Union Place – North Fieldhouse Soccer Turf Replacement

The City requires a turf replacement at North Fieldhouse located at Servus Credit Union Place 400 Campbell Rd, St. Albert, AB T8N 0R8.

The City requires the removal and disposal of the existing turf in addition to the supply and installation of a new modular synthetic-bladed turf system in the North Fieldhouse at Servus Credit Union Place. The new turf system will be engineered for seasonal removal and storage while maintaining high performance and safety standards suitable for multi-sport indoor use. The surface area is approximately 14,400 square feet (180 ft x 80 ft). Modular synthetic-bladed turf system with an integrated shockpad.
