Description

The purpose of this project is to replace and simultaneously improve the system flexibility and ability to remove airborne particulate (dust) generated by various manufacturing process in the two rooms.

Project Background-
Through recent influx of processing requirements, and new process that introduce more airborne particulate than the system can handle, it was determined that it is necessary to improve the systems ability/flexibility to remove process generated dust. The old system (ducting) is beyond repair and has a reduced capacity (flow) due to the build up of materials on the inside walls of the existing ducting.

Project Objectives-
The primary objective with this project is to improve system flexibility, which will significantly improve our ability to accommodate new processes that generate more dust than the current system is designed to handle.
