Salisbury River Road - Route 112 is being upgraded under the Provincial Municipal Highways Program (PMHP), in partnership with the New Brunswick Department of Transportation and Infrastructure.

Tender shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked as follows:

TENDER FOR

The Town of Salisbury
Salisbury River Road
Contract No. SALS 2026-01

and must be delivered to the following address up until 3:00 p.m., local
time, on Thursday, March 12, 2026, hereinafter referred to as the Tender
Closing.

Tender opening will occur following Tender Closing. Tender opening will
be public.

Any ambiguities, inconsistencies, or uncertainties in the Contract
Documents which may become apparent to Tenderers when tendering shall be
advised via email to the Consultant at mleblanc@cbcl.ca, not less than
three (3) working days before Tender Closing. Tenderers will be advised
simultaneously of any decisions on such matters as necessary by means of
addenda (which will be serially numbered) and all addenda issued shall be
incorporated into the Contract Documents.
