Description

The District of West Vancouver (the District) invites submissions of Expression of Interest (EOI) from established and experienced not-for-profit organizations with a successful track record, to operate the Hollyburn Ranger Station Cabin, located on Hollyburn Ridge in the District of West Vancouver. Use of the Hollyburn Ranger Station Cabin will be subject to the conditions of a Licence to Occupy. Site visits are not being conducted at this stage.

Cabin Uses
The District is seeking a not-for-profit operator that provides services that are aligned with the core values of the Parks Master Plan:
• Protection and stewardship of the natural environment and heritage resources
• Experience, appreciation, and understanding of the natural beauty, waterfront, creeks, and forests
• Promotion and support of active living, health and social and spiritual well being
• Inclusiveness, accessibility and respect for all people
• Parks as public land benefiting all people
