Notice is hereby given that Fraser Health Authority (the “Health Authority”), through their collective agent Provincial Health Services Authority (“PHSA”), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide Enterprise software platform for workflow automation, task management, and digital whiteboards for a term of Ten (10) years at an estimated value of $ 8,225,000

In accordance with applicable trade agreements, PHSA, as agent for the Health Authority has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason:
• the goods or services can be supplied only by the selected supplier and no alternative or substitute exists for the following reason:
To ensure compatibility with existing goods, or to maintain specialized goods that must be maintained by the manufacturer of those goods or its representative

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Fairy Kardoost Category Buyer, IM/IT, PHSA Procurement, by email before 2:00pm Pacific Time, March 02 ,2026.
