Serving as the gateway to Canada’s north and a major connection point to the Asia-pacific market with the rest of Canada and North America, by road, rail and air. We are a regional and inter-provincial destination for retail, commerce, healthcare, education, and events, as well as a distribution and professional services hub. To grow the City’s presence in the market and attract land developers, the City is developing a series of “Cost Benefit Analysis Reports” for the City’s industrial growth areas. These reports will provide an overview of the industrial growth area, City’s Planning and Development requirements, cost estimates, and land appraisal value.
