Description

Edmonton Public Schools owns and operates over 230 facilities serving approximately 125,000 students. The Division Integrated Infrastructure Services (IIS), is responsible for these sites and along with continual operational maintenance, provides construction project support. In addition, IIS handles school generated program-based renovations. This competitive RFSQ seeks to solicit qualification responses from qualified General Contractors interested in being placed on the Division’s Qualified Supplier Roster (QSR) list of contractors specifically for modular / portable classroom related construction projects. The Division will use this QSR for various budgeted modular classroom projects including, but not limited to, the placement of newly constructed modular classrooms at school sites, and / or the relocation and redeployment of existing modular / portable classrooms to be moved around between school sites. The Division will use this Master Framework Agreement for any modular / portable classroom construction / relocation projects.
