This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Lakeview Neighbourhood Plan Consultation and Planning Services Study

The City is seeking proposals from proponents with expertise in area and neighbourhood planning along with industrial business district planning. The plan will provide a holistic approach to the future development of 600 acres (+/-) of undeveloped land intended for light to medium industrial development with supportive commercial-retail as a secondary attribute Neighbourhood Plan and Planning Services for Lakeview Business District The proponent will complete a plan to amend Neighbourhood Plan C that addresses Lakeview Business District (“Lakeview”). The plan must be in keeping with the City’s St. Albert West Area Structure Plan (ASP) and St. Albert’s Municipal Development Plan and provide guidance for the development of new and emerging business and employment sectors
