Description

City of Prince George (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced Suppliers to provide a comprehensive replacement of its existing VMware-based software. This project involves the full transition away from the City’s current VMware products and services and the implementation of a new hypervisor and associated VDI infrastructure solution. The Supplier will be responsible for delivering a secure and reliable platform that meets the City’s operational requirements.

The City is acting as a lead agency on behalf of the Regional District of Fraser Fort George (RDFFG) for the procurement and implementation of the new hypervisor and associated VDI infrastructure solution. The RDFFG will have the option to onboard under the same contract terms, pricing, and conditions.

This solicitation may lead to sequential or concurrent negotiations with one or more Proponents offering the most advantageous proposal(s), or to the creation of a Contract without negotiations.
