Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Cowichan Valley Regional District (the “CVRD”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Building Condition Assessment.

The CVRD is seeking proposals from qualified proponents to to undertake Building Condition Assessments (BCA) of 40 individual buildings located within the CVRD. These facilities belong to different departments such as Parks, Solid Waste, and Recreation and vary in age, size and complexity.

Spanning over the next 5 years, the successful proponent will complete the condition assessments – Building List and provide condition ratings to both calculate the Facility Condition Index (FCI) and support sustainable asset renewals.
