Description

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Abbotsford to prospective proponents to submit proposals for City of Abbotsford – Drainage Master Plan – Engineering Services

The objectives of this Drainage Master Plan project are to:

• upgrade the required infrastructure needs to meet the expected demands for a population of 250,000 for the next 25 years and land use changes as per the 2025 OCP,
• form the basis for the City’s drainage capital program by reviewing and prioritizing the recommendations from the existing drainage master plan, ISMPs, previous drainage studies, and
• assist the City in reviewing and adjusting the City’s Development Bylaw and Development Cost Charge (DCC) Bylaw.
• The Master Plan program is expected to span over an 18-month period from March 2026 through September 2027.
