This Request for Standing Offer is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: System Hydraulic Analysis.

The City is issuing this Request for Standing Offer for the purpose of retaining up to six (6) engineering consulting firms for Category A - Stormwater Management Studies rotation and retaining up to three (3) engineering consulting firms for Category B - Sanitary System Studies rotation. The length of both RFSO categories is three (3) years.
