Description

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the SAP Business Network Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 02 March 2026 by 14:00 EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide Psychological Services to the Department of National Defence (DND). There are a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of two (2) Standing Offer awards applicable to this requirement. Each Offeror will be evaluated separately, with the compliant offer with the lowest evaluated price meeting all Mandatory Technical Criteria issued a Standing Offer for approximately 70% of the monthly call-ups and the compliant offer with the second lowest evaluated price meeting all Mandatory Technical Criteria issued a Standing Offer for approximately 30% of the monthly call-ups. Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers.
