Scope of Work/Overview:
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following:
The General Contractor shall visit the site to perform the required testing and provide all data requested by the
Consultant in accordance with the Integrated Life Safety System Testing Plan included in the General
Contractor tender package. The General Contractor shall review and coordinate all testing activities and data
requirements directly with the BGIS Project Manager and the Consultant.
The General Contractor shall retain the necessary subtrades to carry out all required testing, including any
testing associated with proprietary equipment.
If any deficiencies are identified during testing, the General Contractor shall notify the BGIS Project Manager
immediately and await further direction from the Consultant. If the General Contractor requires clarification
regarding the data to be collected, they shall contact the BGIS Project Manager without delay.
Some testing activities may need to be performed outside regular working hours. The Contractor shall
determine, as part of their bid, which equipment or systems require after-hours testing. All after-hours testing
must be coordinated and scheduled with the BGIS Project Manager.
Further details are provided in the Integrated Life Safety System Testing Plan, included in the tender package
and prepared by Ziyutec Inc.
