Description

The intent of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to solicit and receive formal offers from prospective Proponents for the provision of fixed price construction services for the Grande Prairie, Northern Addictions Centre, Courtyard Paving Stones Replacement (“Project”). Replace Courtyard paving stone subsurface. Provide temporary hoarding that is sealed, dust proof, and ventilated to the exterior, for execution of the work. Remove existing paving stones. Excavate and construct new structural slab subsurface. Install new resilient flooring, base, and accessories. All equipment used inside the building, including equipment to excavate and to drill the piles, must be electric. No fuel fired equipment will be permitted inside the building.
