Description

The Village of Boyle seeks innovative proposals from interested parties for the following: A four (4) year Micro-surfacing program contract to resurface all Village paved roads. An application of Type II Micro-Surfacing to the designated locations within the following RFP will constitute the project (“the Work”) to be completed during the 2026 to 2029 construction seasons outlined within this RFP. Micro-Surfacing consists of a slurry seal type of modified asphalt emulsion mixed with fine aggregate, spread over a prepared pavement. The Micro-Surfacing treatment is intended to provide a smooth, durable, skid resistant surface, while repairing cracks, rut filling and/or surfacing the entire travel lane. Alternative road re-surfacing products, other than Micro-Surfacing, may also be considered.
