This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for RFP-2026-0019 Lions Park Redevelopment

The City of St. Albert is requesting proposals from qualified, licensed and professional consulting firms (Engineering) for the purpose of providing prime consulting services for the completion of lifecycle repairs for Lions Park located in St. albert. In general, the work is to successfully deliver the project to an IFC design stage as well as construction administration throughout the duration of construction. Scope of services shall include, but is not limited to the following:

Required Services:
-Detailed Design Services – Including (Data Collection & Field Investigations if required)
-Public Engagement

-Flood Mitigation Investigation

-Commissioning/Startup Services
