The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Depot Division Training Academy requires the supply and delivery of wardrobe cartons and shipping cartons constructed of corrugated cardboard for the
shipment of personal belongings from Regina, Saskatchewan to destinations across Canada. These cartons are provided to graduating RCMP cadets to enable the shipment of their personal belongings
to their RCMP placements across Canada.
This requirement is for a Standing Offer with a period of three (3) years.
This procurement has been set aside under the federal government"s Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB). In order to be considered, a supplier must certify that it qualifies as
an Indigenous business as defined under PSIB and that it will comply with all requirements of PSIB.
This procurement is set aside from all the trade agreements under the provision each has that permits the procurement to be set aside for Indigenous business.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is committed to supporting the procurement of environmentally preferable plastic products and the reduction of plastic packaging waste, and is taking
concrete steps to better manage the use and disposal of plastics in its own operations as per the Policy on Green Procurement, the Greening Government Strategy: A Government of Canada
Directive, and the Ocean Plastics Charter. Environmentally preferable packaging specifications are mandatory requirements in this procurement.
