NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP)

TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement for Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC)

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 ($0 - $3.75M) for the following category:

Stream 3, Project Management Services
3.7 Procurement Specialist
Level of Expertise: Senior and Intermediate

Description:
Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) is seeking Statement of Work Writer(s) - to assist clients in the preparation and review of statements of work and evaluation criteria.

The Statement of Work writer will work with Project Authorities at ESDC to define their requirement(s) and articulate the need in a statement of work. As a Senior or Intermediate Level resource they are also expected to develop the evaluation criteria that clearly link(s) to the statement of work(s). The documents created will be tailored to the needs of specific projects and programmes being undertaken by ESDC.
