Island Health has issued this Request for Proposals for the purpose of inviting proposals from construction management firms to provide construction management services and construction at Victoria General Hospital (“VGH”) for its Electrical Energy Centre. The existing electrical infrastructure at VGH, much of which dates back over 40 years, is at the end of its serviceable life and cannot support projected future electrical demands.
