Description

Calgary Housing (CH) is seeking interested and qualified proponents to provide proposals for Elevator Consulting Services. Consultant to represent CH with elevator maintenance contractors, Alberta Elevating Devices Amusement Rides Safety Association (AEDARSA) and related matters to provide counsel on elevator matters from CH. CH also requires Elevator Consulting services for modernization of elevators located at Beltline 2 (BLN2) and Spruce Cliff 1 (SPR1) properties. Consultant is responsible for the design, construction scope writing and construction administration, as well as onsite inspections and contractor oversight.
