Notice is hereby given that the Capital Regional District (the “CRD”), intends to directly award a contract to the following supplier to provide Septage Receiving and Treatment Services for a term of (1) year, where the Capital Regional District (CRD) receives annual revenue, historically between $150,000 and $180,000 per year:
