Description

The Board invites Submissions to this Request for Pre-qualification (“RFSQ”) from interested Respondents with the intention to pre-qualify General Contractors who are interested in providing Services to the Board for period of three (3) years. Respondents expressing interest in responding to this Prequalification are invited to respond to the following opportunity to form General Contractor Service Lists to use for future capital projects. In your response provide a statement indicating your interest in prequalifying as a General Contractor for Project List #1, Project List #2, or Project List #3.

Project List #1 – Projects comprised of smaller capital projects such as smaller additions, renovations, tenant improvements, modular or prefabricated construction, and minor seismic upgrades up to and including $10,000,000 in value for schools or childcare.
Project List #2 – Projects comprised of major renovations or seismic upgrades, full replacement or rebuild of schools or childcare using standard or modular/prefabricated construction for project values over $10,000,000 and up to and including $40,000,000 in value.
Project List #3 – Projects comprised of Middle School or Secondary School partial or full replacements and New Builds in excess of $40,000,000 in value.
