The Board of Education of School District No. 38 (Richmond) invites Proposals for a roofing contractors(s) for the provision of professional services, working collaboratively with the District in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the RFT, for the roofing renewals for Sea Island Elementary, Matthew McNair Secondary, and Kidd Elementary. All sites will be evaluated and awarded separately.

Construction completion date is August 31,2026.

Mandatory site visits to all 3 sites will be on February 6, 2026, starting at 10:00 AM PST.
