Description

Northern Health is seeking proposals from Proponents for the provision of cleaning services for housing units in Hazelton. This comprises the following:

• Two 3-bedroom units
• 
  Note: units may be added or subtracted during the contract
  
• Services
• 
  The services required will include, but are not limited to:
  
• Cleaning all shared areas once a week. Areas include: kitchen, bathroom(s), living room, entrance and other common areas
• Providing bedroom turnover service between occupants including laundry of linens
• Providing and stocking consumables e.g. toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry soap/bounce etc.
• Additional cleaning on a needs-be basis.
• Removal of accumulated refuse and recycling from home and to curbside on garbage day
• Removal of perishable food left behind by occupants
• Report any items that need to be repaired to the Housing Coordinator.
• Making note of standard inventory items and reporting to Northern Health for replacement
• 
  Proponents will be required to provide their own cleaning equipment and necessary cleaning agents.
