Description

Through this Request for Proposals, the Regional District of Central Okanagan invites Proposals from organizations experienced in the development of Regional Growth Strategies or similar for local governments in the Province of British Columbia, for services to develop and deliver a Regional Growth Strategy for the Regional District of Central Okanagan.

Timeline: The District anticipates executing a contract with the Consultant selected from this RFP no later than March 23rd, 2026. The Services will be performed over 2026, 2027 and 2028, with final completion of all Services and deliverables due no later than November 30th, 2028.

Maximum Budget: The District has a maximum budget of $400,000 plus GST available for all Services of the Consultant selected from this RFP.
