Description

Notice is hereby given by the City of Coquitlam (“City”) of its intent to contract with Gordian Group Canada Corporation for the period ending February 14, 2030 for the following service:
1) VFA.facility Maintenance, Hosting and Survey subscription with an anticipated total value of $105,880.79 plus tax.

The City of Coquitlam has chosen not to call for vendor proposals for the following reasons:
a) The vendor has specific knowledge and demonstrated experience of the proprietary software;
b) Manufacturer’s warranty may be void if serviced by unapproved vendors;
c) The impact of introducing a new software and support provider would affect cost and resources.
