The Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) has a requirement to perform work at high levels of security and requires dedicated secured work facilities in Ottawa and in
Toronto. Work is already underway at different stages of the process for each site, with project governance and infrastructure in place in line with Government of Canada requirements.
OSFI requires the support of a Senior Project Manager with breadth of experience in managing complex and multifaceted projects to support the design, construction and certification of OSFI’s
secured workspaces on behalf of the Chief Security Officer’s (CSO) organization through to completion. Current established project artifacts, including project documentation and governance
structure, are expected to be maintained and serve as a basis to guide ongoing work for the continuation of project management activities.
