Description

1. The Canadian Armed Forces have identified a requirement for Request for Proposal 1 X Subject Matter Expert for Canadian Joint Warfare Centre (CJWC) Joint Capabilities & Targeting (JCT), and we are inviting you to provide quotes.

2. If you intend to bid:

a. Complete and sign the Bid Solicitation Cover Page and return to the email address;

b. Read the requirements noted in the Statement of Work (SOW), Annex A

c. Sign and return the Annex B, Basis of Payment.

d. Fill out information for CSP in Paragraph 6.2 of SME(WG) - RFP TSPS

e. Fill out 7.1(a) with Vendor name.

f. Fill out fixed per hour rate in Annex B

g. Fill out Annex D, Non disclosure agreement.

h. Fill out all appendices and attachments.

i. Return these documents before 1100 hrs Eastern Standard Time (Ottawa) on 31 January 2026
