Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP)

Audio Visual (AV) and Conferencing Equipment (New Brunswick)

This requirement is for Department of National Defence

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under SA E60HN-25AVSA.

The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.

1. 3D Audio Visual Solutions (3D datacomm Inc.)
2. Backman Vidcom
3. Ivan"s Camera (2017) Ltd.
4. Verge Technologies Inc.

Description of the requirement:

The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the supply, delivery, installation, systems programming, testing and commissioning, of Audio-Visual equipment to the Royal Canadian Armoured Corps School (RCACS) in Oromocto, New Brunswick

Proposed period of contract:

All the deliverables and services are requested no later than 31 March 2026.
