Event Note

The MANDATORY site visit will occur on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time at the Canadian Police College located at 1 Sandridge Road, Ottawa, Ontario. Attendees should meet by the entrance of the campus at the intersection of Sandridge Road and St. Laurent Boulevard.
A maximum of one representatives of each Respondent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the site visit. No electronic recording devices of any kind are permitted during the site visit.
In respect of any mandatory site visit, the failure of any Respondent to attend, properly register, and remain present for the duration may result in that Respondent’s Quotation being disqualified or rejected, in BGIS’s sole discretion. Respondents cannot use a representative from another Respondent as its representative to attend the site visit.
Each Respondent is expected to carefully examine the site at which the Deliverables are to be provided, fully inform itself of the existing conditions and limitations and include in its Quotation a sum to cover the cost of all items contemplated in the Contract.
