Description

The project involves replacing the existing inverted roofing systems on the main and lower flat roofs. Work includes removal of existing membranes, insulation, and flashing down to the concrete deck, inspection and repair of the deck as required, and installation of new roofing systems with waterproofing, insulation, drainage components, new flashing, and ballasted rails around skylights. Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. Bidders are responsible for regularly monitoring both locations.
