Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
Correctional Service Canada (CSC) has a requirement to provide secure intake, storage, retrieval, refile, and disposition services for physical documents including secure destruction or
shredding services, or both, to the Protected B level. The initial volumes the contractor must manage are estimated to be approximately 104,000 x 1.04 Cubic Feet containers.
Objectives: To provide secure off-site intake, storage, retrieval, refile, disposition, and destruction and transition services for physical records.
To provide the initial intake and storage of approximately 104,000 containers measuring up to 1.04 cu ft each at contract award.,
To accept and store approximately 5,000 new containers on an annual basis.
Deliverables: The Contractor must provide services according to the following standards:
Service Standards to and from to 340 Laurier Avenue, Ottawa:
Service Type Request Cut-off Time Guaranteed Pick-up or Delivery
Regular request with next day delivery or pickup 3:00pm 1:00 pm next business day
Request for pickup or delivery within 1/2 day 11:00am 3:00 pm same business day
Late request for pickup or delivery within 1/2 day 3:00pm 12:00 Noon next business day
Emergency pickup or delivery services 3:30pm 180 minutes, same business day
Client Service
The Contractor must provide the following resources to meet CSC’s client service requirements.:
a. One Project Manager responsible for all communication/ and issues related to the Contract;
and
b. Customer Service point(s) of contact and hotline contact(s) responsible for fulfilling requests on a daily basis.
Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.
Estimated quantity of commodity: see solicitation document statement of work and basis of payment.

Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of 01/APR/26 to 31/MAR/28 with the option to renew for 3 additional one-year periods.
