Description

Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for specialized test-grade fuel used for emissions testing of vehicles and engines in accordance with precise specifications as specified in the regulations listed under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999, as applicable. Delivery to Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) Transportation Emissions & Electrification Laboratory Facility in Ottawa on an as-and-when-requested basis from February 1, 2026 up to and including January 31, 2028.The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Debriefings will be available upon request.
