Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) Template for THS NCR

Procurement personnel may use the text below when posting a Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP) on Canadabuys.canada.ca under the Temporary Help Services (THS) in the National Capital Region (NCR) supply arrangement (SA). Clients should consult the THS business rules to determine when the posting of an NPP is mandatory (all requirements that has a value above the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) threshold).

Temporary Help Services Requirement

This requirement is for: Office of the Auditor General of Canada (OAG)
This requirement is open only to those supply arrangement holders under EN578-172870 who has qualified under the following streams and categories:

2 x 8.1 Auditor, Intermediate.
3 x 8.1 Auditor, Senior

Description of the Requirement:

Office of the Auditor General of Canada (OAG) has a requirement for Temporary Help Services and has issued a Request for Proposal to suppliers generated from CPSS who are qualified under the streams and categories listed above.

Level of Security Requirement:

Resources Minimum Security Level Required are: Reliability.

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from: 19 January to March 27, 2026 for the first 4 resources and for resource #5 until 30 Aug 2026 .

Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 2,670 hours.
