Description

The provision of the Services by the Supplier is to be done in a manner that supports the overall objectives and purpose of the IO Properties. Service Provider shall deliver the Services in accordance with Good Industry Practices in an organized, well-managed manner with suitable documentation and communication. The Services shall be delivered in such a way that can achieve performance requirements and follows the terms of the Agreement. Supplier will also be required to perform some Services on an as-needed or as required basis. Supplier shall provide the Services taking into consideration that IO Properties are part of IO’s branding and may be accessible to the general public.
