Scope of Work/Overview:
Scope for construction to include the following:
Take existing office and split it into two to make 2 separate offices.
Fit up of one portion to RCMP standard – CBSA approved, walls, door, possibly ceiling.
Tinting on existing window.
Modifications to lighting, HVAC, electrical, as required.
Voice, data, electrical – SSC will demarcate
Card access and alarm – CBSA security will hire vendor to demarcate
-Secure room will be the North half of the room
-Demo will be confirmed by consultant. ( minimal to be determined)
General Contractor to follow IFC Drawings and Specifications that is included in tender package for full scope.
