Description

Provincial Health Services Authority (the “Authority” or “PHSA”) has issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for the purpose of inviting proposals from qualified consultants to undertake the services with respect to [ (the “Project”).

Only architectural firms that have been prequalified by the Authority for Acute Care Projects, greater than $5 Million are eligible to respond to this RFP. The Authority will not consider a Proposal from a firm that is not prequalified for projects Acute Care Projects, greater than $5 Million

Proponents proposing to use Sub-Consultants for the following disciplines should use firms that are included on the Authority’s pre-qualified list of engineers (pre-qualified for any fee category):
• mechanical;
• electrical;
• structural..
• civil
