Technical Safety BC is seeking a qualified service provider to develop a structured, end-to-end plan that aligns people, processes, and technology across Phase 3 of its business transformation program (Permits and Assessments). The selected provider will conduct deep-dive workshops to define current vs. future state, map end-to-end Permissions and Assessments journeys across technologies, design an integrated master roadmap, strengthen governance, support cross-technology alignment, and establish unified criteria for decision-making and sequencing.

The outcome will include updated, detailed client journeys, a single roadmap, a single governance model, and a single set of decision principles, enabling Technical Safety BC to build the right capabilities in the correct order.
