Description

PHSA is seeking information, through this RFI process, from interested parties for the supply of Hospital Command Centre solutions, Patient Clinical Deterioration Prediction solutions, and data aggregation (middle-ware) solutions. This RFI is intended to gather information that could assist PHSA in the development of a future procurement process.

The objective of this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify and understand emerging digital solutions that align with the vision for the Site Operations Insight and Control Centre (SOICC) at the New Surrey Hospital and BC Cancer Centre (NSHBCCC). The SOICC aims to serve as an integrated, intelligent command environment supporting hospital operations, patient flow, safety, and efficiency through real-time situational awareness and predictive analytics.

Specifically, this RFI seeks to:
• Collect information on commercially available and emerging solutions that can enable a real-time, data-driven command centre supporting hospital-wide and regional operations.
• Understand solution maturity, interoperability, and scalability in the context of Fraser Health Authority’s digital ecosystem and enterprise data architecture.
