This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Festival Place Building Envelope Assessment and Design.

The County is seeking a supplier who can assess Festival Place’s building envelope to identify causes of water infiltration, using inspections, testing, and advanced diagnostic tools, and deliver a comprehensive report with photos, sketches, prioritized repair strategies, cost estimates, and timelines.
