Sealed tenders in separate envelopes marked " Tender for Skeena Street Watermain Looping - Contract No. 462” will be received at the District of Kitimat offices, located at 270 City Centre, Kitimat, B.C., V8C 2H7, no later than 2:30 p.m. local time on December 29th, 2 025 and will be opened in public at that time.

The works to be constructed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following:

Skeena Street Watermain Looping

• Install 132 lineal metres of 150mm diameter PVC C900 watermain including valves and appurtenances.
• Connect to existing watermains at two tie-in locations.
• Trenching across two roadways.
• Reconstruction of disturbed road crossings.
• Construct approximately 156m2 of concrete walkway.
• Regrading of area along portion of reconstructed walkway, including construction of a grass swale.
• Installation of new catch basin and new lawn basin, including connection to existing storm sewer manhole.
• Excavate and remove miscellaneous items including concrete walkways, concrete curbs, asphalt, and sod.
• Restore all disturbed grass areas to pre-construction condition.
