Description

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number Doc5407282605 dated October 22, 2025 with a closing of November 13, 2025 at 2pm. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest on Décembre 11, 2025 by 2PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.

PWGSC, on behalf of Department of National Defence, is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for the acquisition of Snow scrapers for wheel loaders including delivery, installation and training, located in Farnham and St-Jean-sur Richelieu (Quebec) Canada, as detailed in Annex – Statement of Requirement.
