Description

Public Works & Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires the provision of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision required to complete the following: a) Renovate the Exercise Yard on Mackenzie Unit at the Correctional Services Canada (CSC) Regional Psychiatric Center (RPC), located in Saskatoon, SK. b) This requirement shall include the demolition of the current yard and infrastructure, and constructing a new vestibule, yard, and all related requirements to meet the clients needs. c) The contractor is responsible for the application and costs associated with obtaining all municipal, provincial and federal permits for the project, as well as any additional required certifications or permits. There will be an optional site visit during the second phase of this requirement, the Invitation to Tender (ITT). Date to be determined.
