Description

The City of Richmond (the “ City”) is seeking quotations from authorized and qualified resellers and/or the manufacturer for the purchase of various Microsoft 365 subscription licenses with Teams, and additional Microsoft subscription licenses (the “ Requirements”).

The City prefers to issue one (1) purchase order upon award, for the purchase of subscription licenses on a three (3) year term. The City may issue one (1) purchase order upon award, for the initial purchase of subscription licenses on a one (1) year term, if beneficial to the City.

Any additional licenses required, throughout the term, may be ordered “on an as needed and as required basis”.
