Notice of Intent to Award a Contract

Notice is hereby given that the City of Abbotsford (the “City”) is contemplating making a direct award of a contract to Urban Valley Transport Ltd. (the “Service Provider”’ the “Supplier”, etc.) for the following:

• City of Abbotsford – Internal Courier Services
• The contract extension will be for 6 months from December 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026.

  The City of Abbotsford has an existing agreement with Urban Valley Transport Ltd. for the provision of Internal Courier Services. This agreement is expiring on November 30, 2025, with no option years remaining.
