The project consists of a new four classroom prefabricated addition to Nelson Elementary located in Burnaby, BC. Additional facilities to include Mechanical/Custodian Room, Staff Room/Breakout Room, Teacher Prep Room, Electrical Room, IT Closet, universal washroom and 3 regular washrooms. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
