Description

The intent of this RFP is to identify one or more Proponent(s) with whom ATB may enter into negotiations regarding a Formal Agreement for the provision of a Mortgage Broker Origination Solution (MBOS). The MBOS must be the central, unified hub for all mortgage origination activities, integrating seamlessly with ATB"s CRM, core banking systems, and external POS systems. This approach must support a unified omni-channel experience across all channels, including broker-assisted, team member-assisted, and direct-to-consumer. Beyond processing loans, the desired solution must prioritize and promote ATB’s offerings, strategically fostering an ecosystem approach that actively facilitates the cross-selling of related Real Estate Secured Products and Loan Protection (Creditor Insurance) at key points in the origination journey, thus maximizing client value and driving our focused lending product strategy. The scope of this RFP covers the complete future-state functionality: from self-service configuration and templated document generation, through origination, advanced AI/ML-driven scoring/adjudication, decision-making, funding, and comprehensive integration management. ATB may be interested in other related services the Proponent may offer for supporting an end-to-end mortgage origination solution, not solely the broker side.
