British Columbia Institute of Technology invites Proponents to engage with BCIT in a flexible procurement process (Negotiated Request for Proposal) for provision of AMAG Maintenance and Support
Services at BCIT. BCIT is seeking to engage a qualified preventative maintenance contractor to provide AMAG System Maintenance & Support Services across all BCIT campuses, including the
Burnaby Campus (BBY), Centre for Applied Research and Innovation (CARI), Downtown Campus (DTC), Marine Campus (BMC), BCIT Aerospace Technology Campus (ATC), and Annacis Island Campus.
This preventative maintenance contract provides critical real-time support to the AMAG Enterprise security platform, including security systems, panic alarms, and the institute’s card access
and identification card platform. The contract ensures the integrity and operational readiness of the program and provides real-time emergency response. It also includes the installation of
small to medium-sized projects.
The proposed contract term is for three (3) years, with an option in favour of BCIT to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one-year periods
